Neo Vertika
High Rise

Spray Tech Painting was contracted to paint the exterior of the Neo Vertika High Rise in San Jose, CA because of their excellent reputation in high rise painting. In their effort to achieve the desired blend of contemporary aesthetics and needed protection from the northern California coastal environment, designers of the Neo Vertika residential condominium negotiated with Spray Tech Painting to engineer and apply the correct coatings. The coatings were selected for water repellency and the coastal, salt-air environment. It was a fairly substantial project, requiring 7500 gallons of water repellent and 5000 gallons of paint. Located on the waters edge near the San Jose Airport, Neo Vertika consists of 443 loft condos and features amenities that include a volcanic rock sauna, aromatherapy steam room, dog park, thermal waterfalls, rooftop lounge, fitness center and racquetball court. The 36-story high rise was developed by Neo Concepts as part of a three-building complex with parks, retail stores and harbor dining opportunities.

Peachland Condominiums

Spray Tech Painting was tasked by the local HOA to provide a unifying refresh to the exteriors of all of the residences found within the property, all of the stucco was given a unifying finish and the woodwork was given a complimentary finish to give the condos a single look as per guidelines given by the HOA.

Aria Apartments

Aria Apartments was a brand new project awarded to us in which we had the ability to show what we had. We were tasked to paint the entire complex inside and out. All exteriors, stucco, railings, trellis, and columns along with all the interiors of each suite were given a professional finish for all the future residents and visitors to enjoy for years to come.

Leisure Village

An ongoing project, the homeowner’s association of Leisure Village has contracted us to help them spruce up their homes and facilities. A multi-year project, they have entrusted us to spruce up hundreds of homes on their grounds. They trust us to be able to speak with each homeowner, without any form of supervision, and help choose among the approved colors set by the local HOA.

Waterside at Marina Del Rey

When world famous developer Rick Caruso of Caruso Affiliates ( Glendale Americana, The Grove of Los Angeles, The Commons At Calabasas, Encino Market Place Etc. Etc.) needed a painter The Response was tremendous. Over 40 painting contractors interviewed just to get on the bid invitation list. The list was narrowed down to 6 very skilled and competent companies. Price was not a priority After a very impressive presentation, Spray Tech Painting was awarded the job. Not only did we show that our finishes would be flawless we proved that the coatings we value engineered would hold up to the harsh elements of a beach environment. Since completion, the color retention of the durable coatings still shines like new.
